Even though the legendary SIG Sauer P224 is no longer in production, DPM Systems remains committed to supporting owners with a dedicated performance upgrade solution.
The DPM Mechanical Recoil Control System is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not change the configuration of the pistol.
The P224 DPM Recoil Reduction System works due to dual spring mechanism, and effect like a brake on the slide, but only before stopped on the frame to the last 6 to 8 millimeters of the movement.
**As we lead the evolution of recoil reduction technology, products may change versions (new design with different springs, with or without plugs, washers, etc.) without any prior notice.**
